   "Sistuation will worsen if you use this in real sistuation",sir.

   That is my assesment & evaluation,

   And using "tear gas or smoke granade in day00 to day02 of Peaceful demonstration is something I am not recommend to do"
   T be precise,Please keep "tear gas" for SWAT CQB only,
   And never use "tear gas & smoke granade" in crowned controlled sistuation,sir.

   And if possible "Full length shield" + "stun rod" (similar to Canadian mountain patrol) is better & more effective & less brutal than "hard rod",sir.

   If opposition use High explosive that can wipe out all 5-6 personels or even "fire arms" to stand too close,"How you can dodge it,sir???"
   Or focus in "gathering fire power" similar in S.W.A.T. or assault team(s) ,
   Is this drill about "crowned controlled sistuation??"
   Using brutality that make sistuation go worse,
   And that lead to
   2.) At 0:30-0:40 The law enforcements approaching Peaceful protestors that they are not starting violence yet???
   Only sistuation worsen
