Paraiso Miami Swim Week 2026: Vogue Mexico Redefines Resort Luxury
Experience every vibrant look and stunning detail from the Vogue Collective runway at Paraiso Miami Swim Week 2026 on FTV!
The energy inside the main Paraiso runway tent at Collins Park reached a fever pitch as the Vogue Mexico y Latinoamerica Collective Runway Show took center stage. Curated by Karla Martinez de Salas, the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Mexico and Latin America, the highly anticipated group presentation served as a powerful platform for an incredible wave of established and emerging Latin-owned and international designers.
The collective effortlessly bridged the gap between heritage craftsmanship and forward-thinking luxury, proving that modern resort wear is as much about artistic storytelling as it is about style.
The runway came alive with a breathtaking diversity of aesthetics, showcasing the multi-dimensional talent pulsing through the region.
Sinesia Karol set an elegant tone by opening the presentation, paving the way for a dynamic procession of looks from designers including Elsie in Naples, Sandmade, Eight, Ruta del Sol, Delalu, Etnia 36, Gengi, and the heavily embellished retro-glamour of Oceanus. Standing out among the curation were labels like Doblespiral, which infused the evening with deeply texturized, locally rooted artistry, and Palondre the Label, which captivated attendees with an effortless beach-to-bar sophistication.
From sheer, flowing cover-ups and bold geometric cutouts to sunset-washed palettes and metallic accents, the collective masterfully redefined the boundaries of swimwear, leaving an indelible mark on the global fashion calendar.

On Thursday, May 28, 2026, the effortless elegance of the Mediterranean took over the main Paraiso runway tent at Collins Park as legendary designer Melissa Odabash presented her highly anticipated collection, “Riviera: La Cote d’Azur.”
Fresh off being inducted into the Swimwear Icons Hall of Fame earlier in the week, Odabash proved exactly why her eponymous label remains a favorite among global style icons like Beyonce, Rihanna, and Kate Moss.
The presentation was a masterclass in transportive luxury, successfully making guests forget the Miami heat and carrying them away to a glamorous European holiday. The runway collection beautifully balances timeless resort architecture with the romantic, carefree spirit of the French coastline.
Odabash rolled out a breathtaking procession of pristine white bikinis, soft neutral separates, shimmering metallics, and ocean-inspired blues that perfectly captured the ease of vacation dressing.
Utilizing lightweight, airy fabrics and incredibly elegant silhouettes, the collection effortlessly transitioned from structured swimwear to fluid, floor-sweeping resort dresses. With its signature gold-toned hardware, precise Italian tailoring, and sophisticated draping, the showcase cemented Odabash’s status as the ultimate authority on jet-set luxury, leaving the South Beach crowd entirely captivated.

ZUHAIR MURAD, After the Dark, the Light | Paris Haute Couture S/S 26
In the sun-drenched grand spaces of the Palais de Tokyo, Zuhair Murad delivered a masterclass in fashion-as-optimism for his Spring/Summer 2026 Haute Couture collection.
Titled “Chiaroscuro,” the collection serves as a poetic declaration of rebirth after dark times, proving that pure, unfiltered beauty remains our greatest act of resistance. Murad pulled inspiration from two golden eras of rebirth: the humanism of the Italian Renaissance and the transformative glamour of the 1950s.
The result was a breathtaking procession of silhouettes that felt like masterwork paintings come to life, moving from deep shadows into radiant, peaceful light. The collection masterfully balances structure and fluid sensuality, utilizing heavy, pristine fabrics like duchess satin and mikado to construct architectural foundations, only to soften them with cascading faille, diaphanous chiffon, and body-hugging jersey.
The real magic, however, lies in the intricate detailing executed by Murad’s ateliers, where dozens of embroiderers worked to construct surfaces designed entirely in sfumato – a technique of blurring edges to mimic the hand-ground pigments of Renaissance masters.
Soft, diaphanous pastels emerge almost imperceptibly from deep, shadowy undertones, elevated by silk-thread embroidery blended with ultra-fine metallic strands and discreet cabochons meticulously mapped to mimic cathedral ceilings and time-worn Italian frescoes.
Delicate, protective metallic chains draped across the shoulders and waists like wearable relics. With sculpted hips, commanding volumes, and dramatic overskirts that trailed behind models on the runway, Murad didn’t just dress the body, he built a soft armor for the modern sovereign woman.
