At Milan Fashion Week, creative director Lorenzo Serafini presented Alberta Ferretti’s S/S 2027 collection, titled “”A Beautiful Escape.””
Defined by sun-bleached hues, fluid silhouettes, and 1920s-inspired lightness, the showcase captured effortless release through bias-cut satin slip dresses, kimono jackets, and delicate fringe details.
Behind the scenes and along the front row, the mood was equally radiant: Italian actress Valeria Bilello joined fashion’s elite backstage, while supermodel Irina Shayk anchored the runway in fluid, movement-focused tailoring that moved gracefully with every step.
Instead of chasing rigid glamour, Serafini delivered a masterclass in modern escapism, proving true luxury lies in freedom, movement, and unstudied elegance.

For S/S 2027, designer Simone Botte turns to childhood memories, raw DIY punk ethos, and zero-energy upcycling for the latest Simon Cracker collection: “”Via Francia.””
Rooted in the belief that true luxury lies in creativity rather than high price tags, the collection draws on a summer in Romagna spent creating theater costumes from discarded tablecloths, granny skirts, and vintage curtains.
On the runway, this nostalgic “”playroom-wardrobe”” unfolds through modular, transformable garments that let wearers redefine their silhouettes with hooks and shifting shapes.
Hand-assembled without electricity, the lineup pairs 18th-century “”poor couture”” shapes, deadstock paisley, and plastic-coated leathers with promotional t-shirts merged into elegant gowns.
Hand-painted Dr. Martens, 3D-printed bags made from recycled filaments, and earrings crafted from salvaged beach plastic round out a deeply personal, anti-system showcase that celebrates freedom, individuality, and radical sustainability.

Didn't particularly like this show. Seems very unVersace even the models were unVersace. And the ensambles seemed very unemagenative and too tight and constricting. All the models look extremely uncomfortable in everything.

Every year when I need to recharge my main character vibe I came to this show with this amazing soundtrack to play the exactly same part 8:49 😎. Freja would be always my fav but vlada carried the whole show in this exactly moment, she even got the beat of this master soundtrack 🤩 just perfect timing ❤

Mirte Maas giving us nothing 7:22 🤭. When I 1st saw this, I was like, um dang sis. I hadn't seen a bunch of runway work from her before or after this so I don't know if she improved, but this was a horrible walk: way too stiff, awkward, imbalanced, etc. The clothing looked okay on her that's about it.
