In 2023, an estimated 6.3 million children under five died, 2.9 million of them in the WHO African Region. This is equivalent to five children under 5 years of age dying every minute. Two thirds of these deaths can be attributed to preventable causes. A third of all these deaths are in the neonatal period. 0:19

Ukraine bombed a Library in Donesk using US HIMARS. Patrick Lancaster showed us these footages on Redacted. No Russia is not deliberately bombing civilians It is Ukraine that is doing that.

Putin did not launch Europe's bloodiest war in 80 years because he feared Ukraine was about to join NATO. Everyone could see that it was absurd.

He attacked precisely because Ukraine was NOT a member and was unlikely to become one in the foreseeable future – and therefore had no valid Western security guarantees.

Putin attacked Ukraine because, for 30 years, we in NATO hesitated and refused to be clear about Ukraine's future.

The time for ambiguity is over. Our doublespeak brought us nothing – and brought disaster to Ukraine.

Ukrainians are fighting for freedom everywhere, and when they win, they will need the same protection as Eastern Europeans and the Baltic states.
