Undocumented foreign nationals should not assume an automatic right to enter Europe in any circumstances – they need to go through proper channels with the correct paperwork, otherwise they have no right to arrive in Europe.

Swiss police comb the trains in Chiasso too. There, they profile anyone who looks like an immigrant. Since we are a mixed group of expats (Americans, British, Canadian) we'll just start talking, and they always skip us when they hear our accents. When you think about it, it's really sad…
It's funny how they also showed flixbus because almost all police at the borders comb the buses. At the borders between Germany/Netherlands and Germany/Denmark. Those are the 2 common routes where my bus is always stopped.

Illegal migrant landings should be intercepted by border control boats and turned back. If they don't comply then it's considered an attack (you have no idea who is in the boat). Anyone aiding illegals to reach land should be prosecuted for aiding illegal activity.

The French are a really funny bunch. They close the doors to all migrants, but they wild open it to let them cross to the UK. 🥴

The French police seem to do a much better job stopping illegal immigrants entering France at the Italian border, than they do preventing criminal migrant gangs from sending illegal immigrants to the UK from their northern coastline.

If they were, we would talking about legal immigration and not so much illegal one, risking their life to come here. Entering Europa demands so much guarantees that rare people from poor countries can afford. Then it becomes easy to call them criminals. Still real criminals money is welcome. Russian oligarchs, African dictators and else can buy visas and citizenship without any problem.

So let me get this right? if the " poor refugees/criminals" come from Italy to France, the French police send them straight back as according to the law, the refugees/criminals must stay in the first safe country they arrive in???? So how come when the boat bedewins cross to the UK from France, The French won't take them back?

Im English, I live England, UK. I came across this site by chance. I visited Ventimiglia, a couple of times ( from France ) some years ago. I enjoyed Ventimiglia, We are having immigration issues in UK.
