In Holland , like most of Europe , Taxpayers want a smart system : Migrants apply for a work Visa , and when accepted , enter Europe to work , and then go home to build their own Countries, they don't jump the borders, attack Border Officers and then go to Courts and the UN to claim VictimHood and money , that is insulting and illegal, in my opinion. Holland and Europe still can train its Youth on Chips Manufacturing, Agrivoltaics, Installing Solar Panels, Wind Turbines and Batteries, Smart Grid, Desalination, Hydrogen and building Electric Vehicles, but if Europe does not start training in Apprenticeships on a Continental scale, in 5 – 7 years China and India , already ahead , will take over . Take toxic Pesticides: EU must train in AI ( Python , C++, etc. ) to test thousands of formulas to find new healthy and secure non – toxic Pesticides and Weedkillers. " New Proteins, better Batteries: Scientists are using AI to speed up discoveries ", NPR . Instead Europe wants to spend € 20 billion repeating the CERN theory experiment with a similar FCC , which is the same experiment with more expensive Tools, its absurd . Europe gets smart with AI & Clean Energies and Chips, or it's over .
