Russia would not risk a war with all of NATO, but they might in a few years test NATOs deterrence by fabricating some sort of border conflict with a baltic state. And then we must be prepared in terms of equipment, munition and also politically and mentally ready to fight. Russia is a small economy that will only get worse in the coming years, it might well collapse as a result of the Ukraine war but I would not count on it. For Europe it should therefore be easy to deter them. It's a matter of will.
