    What you do before you go to sleep and what you think about actually does affect what you dream and have nightmares about.

    So if your able to make the last memory before you go to sleep a good one. You can have an easier time falling asleep. Also less likely of waking up with a nightmare.

    I love the Green School but it's not the 1st of its kind in South Africa. I'm sure there are many more but off the top of my head there is a "green school" in Somerset West in Cape Town and another in Plettenberg Bay…they just don't call themselves that but they run on the same concepts. Lovely that SA is showcased but best to research fully like you do for Europe and South America 🙏🏼🇿🇦

    omg, I didn't know euronews did a weekly Good News video! this is so cool and was really nice to watch, I'll def continue watching these from now on:)
    Also, the La boîte à pépites initiative was my favourite story among these! So glad this video brought it to my attention, I'm going to follow that initiative from now on too:)
