I saw Sweden digging it´s own grave since the 1990s.

They didn´t receive refugees because of humanitarian reasons, but because of “the refugee money”. That money didn´t exist. When the budget was accepted it was OK to issue them. 10 % of that money went to the refugees and the rest to the bureaucracy around them. Counties were filling their budgets with that money, that´s why they received them at all. Combine that with a self-inflicted housing crisis so that the real estate bubble wouldn´t burst, and the refugees were placed in ghettos. And every criminologist should be able to tell you what happens to the people in ghettos.

    Self-reporting is the word.

There was the case of a woman accusing a man of sexually assaulting her. No shred of evidence, so the man was freed. But he lost his job and reputation because of the accusation.

Then he sued her for slander and she was convicted. But… she doesn´t give a damn about the legal definition of sexual assault, because she has her own definition.

10 %, according to other surveys 20 %, that´s a quarter of the female population in fertile age. Don´t you see how irrational it is? Don´t those swedes do anything else than assaulting their women?

Doesn´t it remind you of the witch hunt hysteria?

Sweden won't have much time to solve this crisis. If the right solution isn't implemented soon, a growing number of young people will never know a time when Sweden was a low crime nation because the base of comparison will have changed to one where high crime is the norm. To my mind, "good" people do not bomb and kill other people because they were not well-integrated.

this is where trump gains supporters, why let the worst in who could be argued will add the least, easy to do in good times hard to do in bad, same in any country, OZ, NZ , EU in oz they let people come in from shitehole experiance , and suprised when these people cause the most crime, been the same for 150 years! so not a matter of skin, ethnicity, etc but the quality, and you can reach a limit where sufficent gets stretched to not enough like a guest who overstays! literally its the men, first girl i dated in swdne farsi all 4 sisters kept away from men of same background ( not to group all men into 1 bucket) but avg

If I moved to a country, my 1# priority is to integrate and make friends and become part of that socierty. 89% of gang and gun violence in sweden is from immigrants. It's completely obvious that they don't want to integrate. There's nothing left to do with people like that other than get them out or lock them up. It's crazy to me. I couldn't go to a Muslim country and just live like a normal Westerner and believe and say whatever I wanted. Imagine just for believing or saying something you could be locked up! Think how liberal your society is in comparison to these predators. There's so much wrong with people who won't integrate, and they make good immigrants look bad.

I grew up in the early 2000s in a small community in Sweden and we had a gang problem. From What i remember the almost all members who i heard about were finns or fin descendents, after the finns it was the yugoslavians, Then it became the middle easterns and africans. It almost always seems like the newest immigrant group are the main problem in gangs

    Everyone knows why

  30. @alexpotts6520

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

I'm not sure that either explanation is that convincing if you compare to other European countries. While Sweden's welfare state isn't quite what it used to be, it's still more generous than 90% of developed countries, its welfare is still very strong by international comparison. If gun crime is high in Sweden, then the logic of the left would suggest it should be through the roof in, for example, the UK – but it isn't

The right's logic fails on similar grounds. All European countries have received lots of migrants, including those from the countries with – how to say it? – poorer reputations. Angela Merkel's Germany accommodated over a million refugees and didn't suffer from a wave of gang violence as a result.

Whatever is happening here, it seems specific to Sweden rather than a broader European trend. So presumably the answer lies in something Sweden-specific.

  31. @chrissymcintire3513

  35. @Narlishead

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

This is why you should NEVER vote for left-wing parties. They favour immigrants and asylum seekers over their own people, and will fuck up a country beyond repair.

  36. @zsolttalloczy5222

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

    Answer: immigration…🙄

  37. @luri1

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

If we want to fix the problem we must dare to speak about the root course – Politicians must act on facts, and that is that ppl from the middle east are the ones that have the least interest in integrating to society, and they are also mainly the ppl behind the deadly drug wars. This is a trend we can see all over Europe. Dare to speak about what we all know and see.

  38. @Kounomura

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

Even if Sweden does not allow any migrants to enter after that, in a couple of decades the migrants and their descendants will be the majority in the country. Western Europe will be shocked that they should have listened to Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán. Unfortunately, the Western leaders instead cursed Orbán. It was a pity.

  39. @user-oc9fz9ox5w

    February 15, 2024 at 2:35 pm

The politicians responsible for this out-of-control migration policy should be held accountable
