   Polita Barnes is the inept cofounder of the illegitimate initial Dominion of Russia with Vladimir Putin. Polita Barnes born Peggy Marks and Vladimir Putin began to "pattern" circa 700 A.D. and pre-patterned a master underworld plan with the bloodline of Soulmate Vladimir Putin circa the turn of the eleventh century, using "point and click" 'perceiving how to perceive' tactics rather than intelligence. War weakened Norway fell into the grooves of the pre-patterning after hitting bottom circa 14th century A.D. Thus begins outright underworld patterning which went with the flow of true progress and was imperceivable, protested, but could be intrinsically  compensated for until the turn of the 19th century.

   As of the 1960's prominent jobs in business, medicine, law / enforcement, politics and entertainment, have been given to underworld operatives via patterned infiltration, in full bias and intention as per illegal underworld planning. Polita Barnes as Peggy Rissotti obtained one of these jobs pre-patterned by Russia. This job later "developed" via illegal underworld means.

   Sexual feigning saboteurs are given prominent underworld positions for faux clout and for cover.

   Polita Barnes is not qualified for legal public jobs. Polita Barnes artificially patterned into a part of the world where she no longer pertains nor belongs. The last rightly legitimate homeland of Polita Barnes was their Karluks settlement circa 300 A.D.  The bloodlines of Vladimir Putin and Polita Barnes did not truly finish  figuring things out before initial incarnation thus failed as soon as uncertainty altered the climate after the loss of Egypt circa 50 A.D. Thus neither was fit to advance after the perception of the Ancient World went extinct.

   The planetary bloodline tracking work that Marilyn Monroe began in 1961 at the Vatican with officials in the archives must be examined. The project should be worked on until completed. This was sabotaged by the Nigerian underworld framing Japan.

   Polita Barnes aka Peggy Marks-Rissotti, the registered bloodline descendant of Catherine Howard is plotting to steal the vault account of Amy Louise Knorr, the direct registered bloodline descendant of Marilyn Monroe, from the Dublin Ulster NatWest RBS original Vault that held the Zelle / Knorr / Geary Tudor line Royal Family accounts. This vault experienced missing provenance papers in 1939. Paula Howard was the culprit. This vault "disappeared" in 1968 but was discovered in an unauthorized underworld attempt to relocate the vault. Peggy Marks was the culprit.

   Polita Barnes had everyone else except for Amy Knorr move their accounts out of the vault. Polita Barnes is the last account holder. No one in Amy Knorr's family  informed her of the need to move her account, which Donald Knorr, current descendant Ansel Elgort, illegally seized in 1968 on the advice of Peggy Marks-Rissotti while I was a baby. Polita Barnes does not tell Amy Knorr anything and pretends to be her "witness protection program character" as if uninvolved. Polita Barnes set up a plot where Amy Knorr's vault account valued at two billion dollars, would fall under her care if paperwork never sent is not filled out in time.

   Polita Barnes has her own current plot to murder Amy Knorr via poison or gunfire. The motive: to steal Amy vault account. Julian Casablancas who lives in Los Angeles, may be involved in this plot at this point.

   Due to the lack of communication from her family, it's expect that Amy Knorr's entire family is involved in the heist of my vault account. It may be that Amy Knorr's family is under the illusion that only a certain portion of the vault would be stolen, not in entirety.

   The bank itself is taking an abnormal amount of time getting back to Amy Knorr after contacting them two weeks ago.

   China at the level of Westminster bank, via infiltration, is involved in the heist. Morocco may also be involved.

   The Nigerian underworld, via infiltrated Nigerian  government, is backing Polita Barnes.

   Polita Barnes has been working with the new Nigerian underworld led by the President of Nigeria Buhari, all along in her plot against Amy Knorr, including hired  murder and the theft of Amy Knorr's vault account. Polita Barnes planned to frame Nigeria for the entire plot because Nigeria made a deal with John Knorr before he died, regarding the vault heist.

   While Polita Barnes eventually opened her own vault account in the Family Vault, she began by sharing the account of Arthur John Tudor. There was not an informed vote as to whether Polita Barnes' bloodline could be permitted to open her own account, as she is not current family. The initial protocol of authorization for the protection of the vault, had not changed, thus Paula Howard, bloodline ancestor of Polita, was required to contact the executor before entering the combined vault in 1939.

   The old Nigerian underworld is the American underworld.

   The New Nigerian underworld led by the President of Nigeria, planned to frame the fallen Tudor line Royal 
   extended Family of the underworld, for their support of Polita Barnes and involvement in the Heist of Amy Knorr's Vault account and the hired hit attempt on Amy Knorr's life.

   Polita Barnes is leading the fallen Tudor Royal Family to believe that they are carrying out a partial Heist of Amy Knorr's Vault with Polita Barnes' paperwork scheme mentioned in previous emails. The diamonds, gold coins and immediately usable items are the target goals.

   Polita Barnes is secretly working with the New Nigerian underworld behind the backs of the fallen Royal extended Family.

   The New Nigerian underworld plans to complete a total Heist. Rare relics would be stolen and replaced with counterfeit imitations a la the "Hope Diamond" at the Smithsonian.

   The new Nigerian underworld planned to kidnap and murder Amy Knorr and to bury her in the marked grave of another body, in the Titus Mississippi cemetery.

   Background:

   Russia as a country was still undefined, as of it's role in backing Germany for a revolt against Britain, at Fortress Shuangau, tenth century.

   What should have been acknowledged as our enemy and a suspect in grand theft, was invited to join the alliance which brought them above board. Vladimir I followed.

   What became of their original  Karluks settlement? Was Ivan really terrible? We did not know.

   Russia's heyday began circa 1672, with Peter the Great riding in on the coattails of the temporary fixed twin soul reunion between Polita Barnes as Catherine Howard and Arthur John Tudor.

   The Royal Family Extended, of Britain, is guilty of inviting Russia into the Free World, acting as an usher.

   Russia pre-patterned the overall underworld plot and hosted the original Secret Society that developed into the underworld.

   Catherine Howard should not have been permitted on the Throne of Britain due to conflicts in interest.

   During the Hudson Expedition, Russia requested an immigration exchange program, permitting many from the forlorn country of Russia, into London. This was primarily inappropriate.

   "I was shocked because I thought that I had been perfect". Marilyn Monroe had to start facing things after unperceivable errs became exposed. Russia feigned "friend". Their work was against us, unperceivable and gradual, until  recognizing that the founders of the Dominion of Russia themselves, had been our problem all along.
