Silk Road creator Ross Ulbricht guilty of running vast online drugs trade
The suspected mastermind of the underground website Silk Road has been convicted of creating a multi-million dollar online marketplace for illegal drugs.
A federal jury in New York took under a day to find Ross Ulbricht, 30, guilty on all seven counts following investigations into use of the digital currency bitcoin to commit crimes.
His mother claimed the defence had been hindered in arguing he had been framed.

My thoughts :
Umm, if it is medicine, than kosher dietary laws do not apply, do they?
I mean, would a rabbi say, What is in this pill? Pork? But if you see food,
then, … yes, … the sedar plate must be set so… and do not commit gluttony.

Well, that's sad. I myself, do not "do drugs", and consider it "stupid",
a "waste of money" and "potentially dangerous", not "worth the high"…
I feel the same way about rock-climbing…. BUT, persons should have the
right to decide for themselves what they wish to put into their own bodies,
and the STATE should not be entitled to interfere with that choice…
….
More, and more, the earthly realm, the worldly governments, look increasingly
like Sodom – a place where "they" desired to KNOW you, especially if you
were male … "So, do you like drugs?"…. What possible rationale do these
people (the DHS, they who wrote the USA Patriot Act, or created "War on Drugs")
have for investigating persons… and what they desire to "consume", put into
their own bodies?…. My guess, they wish to ensure that the workers remain
productive, … their ultimate desire is to control (ownership implies control) the
citizenry (the drones)…. It is not about "money" as in dollars and cents, but slavery…
and when a slave race is established, there will be little need for money… orders
will be given… products and services rationed…. there will be control…
….
You want to know why there is soo much violence associated with the drug trade?
It is because drugs, such as cocaine, are basically, commodities… and the only
way to ensure profits, is through franchise operations… where territories are assigned…
but because the drug trade is illegal, the police and the courts will not protect
a franchisee's rights to territorial protection, the way the owner-operator of a
McDonald's, or Starbucks, or SubWay franchise can be reasonably assured
another will not open up shop on the same street corner… and so, in lieu of
legal solutions, drug dealers, turn to "cappos", soldiers with guns – a private army,
or security service, to enforce those territorial rights, or claims…. Make that "stuff"
legal, and the violence goes away… Moreover, no business person desires to see
a customer die on them… for they desire repeat business.

This guy had a powerful franchise, a great trademark…. was making money,
peaceably…. "blacks" were not getting killed… and "lazy workers" not dying….
So, "they" (DHS) shut him down…. That, is how I see it.
…
That said, Don't do "drugs"…. The occasional Tylenol, or Aspirin is OK ("safe")
though, I think.

I hope he rots in prison. Many say "wars are funded on drug money" That's wrong too. He knew what he was doing, he was making money off the illegal drugs trade. He will make some very special friends in the prison showers.

USA is also guilty for producing and profiting from opium in Afghanistan.
