Can we all please stop comparing the men’s and women’s game. Comments like “the women showing the men how it is done” are not necessary. It’s incredibly sexist towards men. They are trying to improve.

Personally, I don't think Hanson deserved the red card. Not sure what the Villa defenders were doing when Utd got that late winner, the positioning was all over the place… could say the same in regard to Utd's first goal. It's a shame Lehmann didn't make the most of her very good opportunity to score, but it is a good job that Daly is still very much in form. All in all, I think it is fair to say that Utd deserved this win given Villa's mistakes at the back 🤔

Why was there no VAR? Surely the system is in place so why not use it? I think the ref had a poor game so why can't professional male referees be used?

Caught the first half, missed the second as the Arsenal v Liverpool game was starting. First half, both teams cancelled each other out. Just saw the highlights of second and absolutely gutted for Villa. Van Domselaar is a phenomenal player. Good for Villa for smashing their attendance record, hopefully an even bigger crowd in the next game at Villa Park.
