Witnesses to Nice attack shed light on events
Eyewitness accounts have begun to emerge after Thursday’s terrorist attacks in Nice.
The driver of the lorry mounted the curb and accelerated into the crowd of people on the Promenade des Anglais, mowing down everyone in its path, according to one man’s account.
He said it took close to half an hour for firefighters to arrive and that there was no security.
Another man recalled a stampede of people rushing to get out of the way.

I may not have seen this on the news clips, but I am wondering why the police didn't shoot the tyres of the lorry out first although I know it's easy to think of these things in hindsight.

… considering they authorised NATO to destroy international law and BOMBED the fack out of Libya 2011 (War Crimes )….opppppps I forgot America has no law , just for the little people
