http://www.FashionTV.com/videos MILAN – The Les Copains show by designer Alessandro Dell’Acqua takes place in the Palazzo Clerici during Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012-2013.
Dell’Acqua specifically mentions that his casting is full of new and young girls who are a new generation of models to “grow up on the catwalk.” He points out that Cara Delevingne, best known for heading the Burberry collection, is the opening model. Alessandro Dell’Acqua says this collection highlights knitwear. “You know, of the forty outfits that will be presented on the catwalk, there isn’t one single one where there is no knitwear.”

Arriving to the show are “Lifestyle Hunters” duo Linda and Niels, a pair who run a popular fashion blog from Amsterdam. Niels says fashion is more glamorous in Milan compared to London which is more edgy and print-oriented. The makeup look for the show, according to Makeup Artist Lloyd Simmonds is very “simple and very pure” with an architectural shading in beige along the contours of the cheeks. The eyebrows are thick and there’s a light shadow on the lids with mascara and a beige lip balm.
