Ukraine won’t have to take Crimea. Cut the land bridge to mainland Ukraine and cut off the Russian forces in the south with a drive to the sea and Crimea will truly be free to decide its future. Once the south is free Donbas will be a mopping up operation driving out demoralized Russians.

In the words of Albert Speer: “I knew the War was lost when the glorious victories got closer and closer to Berlin”.

Russia needs to declare the De-Nazification of Ukraine a total success and withdraw to the 2014 borders.

    In short:
Yes, but at great cost, as It is extraordinarily overly optimistic to suggest Crimea will be retaken by Ukraine, I don’t think people understand just how dug-in and heavily fortified the peninsula is, not to mention the overwhelming majority of the people living there now are Russians, attempting to retake Crimea will come at a catastrophic cost to both sides and will most likely fail in the end, not to mention the civilian death toll would be substantial

Ukraine just need to cut Crimea off. Take Tokmak and Metropol then disable the Kerch Bridge again. Keep in mind that Crimea is Russia's only warm water port and Russia will escalate rather than lose Crimea. Even nuclear

Any attempt to take back Crime would be complete and utter terrorism… And there's no shortage of that from the Ukrаinians

The fall of Kherson was inevitable, it’s geographic location made it a nightmare for Russia to handle because of the Dnieper River as well as the supply problems Russia faced while controlling the land, plus it has been the target for Ukrainian counter-offensives for a while.

The rest of Kherson and Zaporozhye first, then start thinking about Crimea.

Feels like everyone wants Ukraine to pursue peace deals so they don’t upset Russia but this is Ukraine’s war. Either support them or don’t but forcing them to basically surrender is BS.

Loool. Ukraine will be lucky if they will not loose the west part by their allies. The country is a gohst. No energy water and food. Population is leaving. Congrats to the fascist clown that destroyed a beatiful country.

I reckon Melitopol is next on the UAF. This way they can cut Russian supply lines and ammo dumps. Then Crimea can be re-captured.
