With the help of Dr IGUDIA on YouTube with his herbal medicine I’m so excited. There’s truly a cure to Herpes Virus. You do realise that the real reason is that the real difference I'd EU standards are lower and if UK standards are applied EU sausages and cooked meats would be banned in UK. EU sausages contain scavenged meats which are banned. Look up EU standard re Lymph Glands in scavenged meats UK products also limit other impurities such as other meats in sausages The meat Pork or beef can only include seasonings as stated EU standards permit other meat products including horse meat . EU meats also contain higher levels of preservative and nitrites. While in the EU we had to accept EU standards but being out We dont. This dosent suit EU trade especally Ireland as a good percentage of these products come from Sothern Ireland.

This video is not true and is not the legal position.

The EU is sueing the Germany over a similar issue of EU supremecy over in this case German soveign law which the EU signed up for when Germany entered the EU.

The G7 summit was shocking to pudits on how quickly the EU is disintergrating accelerated by soveign states wishing to errect borders for migrants and pandemic control. The most tellin This boarder is g statement by Merkle was 'we are united about this'. Pudits argue …but the EU have claimed they have been united since the UK departed? To say this is the ONLY thing they agree to is telling the world how close they are to a sudden collapse of this failed pollitcal project;worrying the world banks.

Macron at home is comming to the end of his political career with a devided country and no political support.A desperate situation for France which explains the radical approach to internal and external issues. Merkle is thought to be waiting to retire but will not go until macron is voted out of offce as Trust between France and Germany is at an all time low.

The UK leaves this collapsing political project leaving a direct boarder with the EU in mainland Ireland governed by international treaty. Not a problem until the UK left the EU. Now the EU finds itself bound by the GFA agreement in international law in direct conflict with their political beleifs. To get oout of this the EU tried to trick Mrs May into changing the international treaty calling a political agreement an adendum to the international treaty. No such adendum was signed by the EU parliment leaving a politcal agreement between member states WHICH IS NOT INTERENATIONAL LAW and is subject to the terms of the good friday agreement.

The UK government has struck to the provisions GFA.The EU has a non enforceable political agreeent which as Van Derlien has stated that the EU would have to stick to because the EU signed it.

Like the German issue the EU law is subject to international law and cannot be changed. This leaves a political problem of the EU's making where a political agreement could only be subject to existing treaties which dont support the EU political views. Clearly we dont know how long the EU will last but the EU biden has found out has to comply with the GFA as they have signed it.

The EU will have to agree terms with the UK over ireland as the UK government and EU is boxed in law to comply with the GFA in FULL.

    February 20, 2024 at 12:40 pm

The "Northern Ireland Protocol" was a mistake. A hard border should have been implemented between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland once the UK left the EU. Why should the EU care about the "Good Friday Agreement" ? It is no longer applicable with today's political landscape since the Republic of Ireland is part of the EU. If Northern Ireland loves that much of not having a border with the Republic of Ireland why don't they just unify ? You cannot have them both.

  24. @bengoacher4455

    February 20, 2024 at 12:40 pm

Why the fuck does the EU think it can control the movement of goods, services and people inside the UK. NI is part of the UK, therefore the transport of goods and services to NI from the UK has nothing to do with the EU. If the EU wants to enforce a border in Ireland, the EU can explain to the people of Ireland why they are enforcing a border, the EU can turn up to Ireland and put down border checkpoints and build a wall and demand the Irish hand over passports when crossing the border. The EU can do all those things, but what the EU can't do is control the movement of goods and services between the UK and the UK. We left to regain our sovereignty, yet the EU are still trying to bully us into submission.

  25. @MrJudgementday99

    February 20, 2024 at 12:40 pm

Firstly the UK didn't break the law, it just means that the EU can react to actions Britain has taken.
Secondly the EU has been pathetic about the NI/Britain link. 1/5 of all customs checks within the EU are now between Britain and NI.
Thirdly British standards in food are much stricter than the EU and could easily be recognised by the EU
Fourthly this is the EU that had the horse meat scandal, which still could occurring, so I am not sure they are on the strongest footing as far as meat standards.
perhaps it would be better to highlight how pathetic the EU has been about this and how they have made an issue out of something that should never and in doing so made peace in NI less likely.

The channel is run by a small group of young people, with us hoping to pass on our enthusiasm for politics to other young people. We are primarily fan sourced with most of our funding coming from donations and ad revenue. No shady corporations, no one telling us what to say. We can’t wait to grow further and help more people get informed. Help support us by subscribing, engaging and sharing. Thanks!
