AI is also about updating the rights charters as with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. So even AI should have rights in order to promote peaceful relationships and interplay with humans and vice versa

There are risks with AI but that depends on human ideas. For example, one main difference between EU and China is the view that AI should be used for democratic society.
