   VP Sefcovic : A new Energy Monopoly is being built : A potential Conflict in West Central Africa can – cut off the Niger – Nigeria region from exporting any Oil, Gas & Minerals , Europe is cut – off from Russia exports, the Middle East Oil Producers are keeping Libya in Chaos and unable to export Oil & Gas in volume , and the same in Venezuela, and who is left and able to export Oil & Gas in volume and dictating its own prices ? The Middle East Oil Producers and the Energy & Commodities Traders and their Asset Managers,they control everything. In my opinion this is a criminal racketeering scam, done in COLLUSION, which is illegal in Europe and USA. Notice that the same Military Contractors in Ukraine and East Central Africa Conflict are almost the same , the Military advisers are almost the same ,the Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity are almost the same and the Big Oil Producers are almost the same . In my opinion this is a criminal scam , who will save the World from them ?

   Pr. Petro , Colombia : Most People know you want the best for Colombia , you want Clean Energies and EV in Colombia , but all the Chemicals and Rare Earths needed to build 200 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind and Batteries arrays come from Oil , Gas and Minerals, we don't know how to get them from any other sources , and here are the Facts : From Cartagena to Fortaleza in Northern Brasil , 300 km. out to sea and into the mainland , there are at least 200 billion barrels of Oil,Gas , Minerals and Rare Earths, a vein going for thousands of km. along the Coast , very similar geology as Venezuela and Nigeria, a divided continent thousands of years ago. Where are you going to get the € billions Colombia needs to build a Clean Energies Economy ? In my opinion, very carefully , from under your feet. Please ask Colombia what they want to do . If Colombia & Venezuela & Guyana & Suriname & Guiana & Brasil work together, you all can carefully extract these Deposits and finance your Clean Energies Economies and Industries. Norway is doing it , America is also doing it , they just spend all their $ trillions in stupid Wars and borrow more $ trillions for their own People , something to learn from. Please , ask your People , build that Clean Energies Economy with your own Resources. Thanks !
