Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal came back with its ruling last Thursday, deciding that the EU’s laws didn’t always superceed the countries constitution. This is a big deal for Poland, but also sets a huge precedent for the EU. So in this video we discuss what this means for the union and if this could even result in the country being kicked from the union.

While I can respect Poland saying no to migrants, we all should just lock down the gates, its discrimination its a simple matter of survival and security, as for homosexual or bisexual rights, if they were ok for the Romans & Greek why not others, sexual identity should be a matter of shame or crime unless it involves unwilling participants, minors or sorts of ilks then its a crime,

    No they wont.
The EU is desperate for members. Once they have you in their clutches, it is for ever.
See how they still try to dictate to the UK, even AFTER we have LEFT.

Present government's party (PIS) ruins Poland completely. It will be extremely difficult to sort anything out for the next one. There is high possibility that PIS will fake votes or not count all of them again to win next cadence and they will do everything to get Poland out from EU, because that's what they want. They makes enemies everywhere around. They are bunch of thiefs ruining Poland. They pretending that they not pro russian, but they do everything to make Poland be cut off from everywhere and become autocratic country.

    February 22, 2024 at 9:42 am

The EU is forgetting that if they keep on their diabolical actions against Poland, that could in theory push Poland into the hands of Russia. Likewise the same could be said of Hungry then the borders of Russia would creep westward and getting even closer to Europe.
The EU are giving Vladimir Putin the ammunition to increase the Russian borders which is Vladimir Putin’s diabolical plans of destabilising Europe and of NATO.

I think if Poland is not happy with the deal, they can leave. they have read the TOS of the deal and they can't complain about it.

There are many in EU who have imperialist design for europe so of course they will argue their law are supreme. While there are others who just want EU to be a economic trading zone, not a political merger

  15. @jaixzz

    February 22, 2024 at 9:42 am

Any referendum that seeks to change a member state's constitution — without a qualified majority — is undemocratic — so it seems that the
E.U articles are not uniformly applicable.

  16. @dawiddawid7198

and now we have war and the conflict with the EU will only drag us deeper into a crisis, thanks to our stupid government who know how to only make more enemies!

  17. @kf9346

    February 22, 2024 at 9:42 am

While there is no mechanism at this time to eject a country, there is nothing preventing the drafting of an amendment to allow for an ejection. But the easier method is to turn off the flow of money to Poland (and Hungary). There is absolutely no reason these two countries should have the power to threaten the European project. Of course the ruling Polish party doesn't want to leave; they want to keep the money flowing but not to meet their obligations. The EU should squeeze Poland and Hungary out o the Union and let try out the Eurasian Economic Union with Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan for a few years. I'm pretty sure they would reapply to the EU with very different attitudes.

  19. @MorningNapalm

    February 22, 2024 at 9:42 am

I definitely think that each country should have the ability to decide on their own lows, but only within reason. What has been going on in Poland is anti-democratic, counter to fair justice, and anti-human rights, and this is not within reason, and the EU should not back down here.

EU need to split, leave the woke west (mainly Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and France) and start a new true European Union, with Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania and Greece. Denmark and Italy can also join as they seen to reject much of EU stupid wokeism.

Each nation's constitution takes primacy, otherwise you have the European dictatorship envisioned by Hitler or Stalin.
