People often approach Bojana Danilovic to tell her she is reading her newspaper upside-down.

In fact, the 29-year-old Serb has a rare neurological condition. When visual information reaches her brain it is processed as an upside-down image.

Diagnosed as spatial orientation phenomenon, it only affects certain aspects of her vision.

“I see people in a normal way, they are standing on their own two feet, not on their heads. The biggest problem is spatial orientation. I have been discouraged from getting a driving licence. I had problems at school; I could not get the education I wanted,” explains Bojana.

Heard of her years ago. Thought it was a hoax back then, because her brain doesn't flip the image her eyes sends her and doesn't turn it upside down, which should just be her kind of subjective normal then. …but now I am hearing that it's a selective up-side down vision and not her whole field of vision.
That would make the whole turning monitors and newspapers around stuff more credible.

Apparently this is a rare condition. I wonder if something like this causes other sorts of mental disorders to develop like anxiety or depression. I would think they would feel left out of a lot of things, but maybe not.

If this woman sees the world upside down, then how did she find out, because she learned everything upside down so she must’ve been able to read upside down normally and do everything normally because she just would’ve thought that that’s the way of life

There are glasses that flip you're vision…
    1. Thus there is a simulation for this
    2. She can see correctly
Although, the glasses are narrow, and wearing them, makes you look like an idiot

It's pretty simple why see sees things upside down. Our eyes see things upside down but our nerves turn it as the images go to the brain, but her nerves mustn't switch it round.

What's funny is that because of the way the human eye works, we're actually seeing everything upside down. Changes your perspective of the world, doesn't it?

Targeting Patriarch Kirill risks fuelling EU scepticism, Bulgarian foreign minister warns

Velislava Petrova-Chamova told Euronews that the EU’s sanctions against Russia should have a financial impact and not be a symbolic instrument – and that this, among other reasons, is why Sofia championed the removal of the head of Russia’s Orthodox Church from the 21st sanctions package.
