"Can Putin Survive Russia’s Retreat in Kherson"?
Apparently yes. TLDR is consistently negative about Russian prospects in its predictions. Just a heads up. Russians are not cold blooded people without morals or intelligence. Putin is not insane or intemperate. Putin is not trying to restore the Soviet Union or become a Czar. The Russian government is as autocratic as Ukraine's government. The Ukrainian and Russian languages, culture, and history are similar and intertwined. By now TLDR should know the Ukrainians are losing the war.

I think you're overstating the difficulty of bringing Ukraine into NATO. Turkey may well object, but support for Ukrainian membership in the alliance is so strong in the west that Ukraine's accession is only a matter of time – and perhaps, leverage over Turkey.

For Russia, paying the 300,000 new conscripts won't be any problem: they just won't pay them at all. They AREN't paying most of them, which is why they're shooting their officers and surrendering to Ukraine's forces. Russia's "genius" military leaders have made their new troops buy their own supplies and uniforms, often just dumping them on the front lines against well-armed, well-trained, highly motivated Ukrainian troops, and giving the untrained conscripts old, shared rifles, and little or no ammunition. No winter gear, either – and here comes winter. The old, withered, fat-bellied ex-Soviet "geniuses" skimming the top 40% of war funds seem to be living in a fantasy world where Russian troops in Ukraine (with no winter boots, combat equipment, or coats) are supermen, and that winter – even when you don't have ammunition and winter clothing, will ALWAYS favor the Russians – even when they aren't IN Russia, and are surrounded by an excellent adversary, and hostile civilians. Most of these conscripts won't make it through the first month of winter, and the rest will freeze, starve to death, and surrender to what they are now coming to understand is kinder treatment from their "enemies" in Ukraine than their own officer class, or just disappear, put on civilian clothes, and run like hell.
I'd pity them, except they had no problem with tens of thousands of Ukrainian men, women, children, and babies being bombed in their homes, murdered and raped by Russian thugs on their streets, and Ukrainian families being torn to pieces by these same acts, or evacuation of young children and young women to other countries – until it affected THEM, when they were "conscripted."

The video title always remind me some of the "perks" not being 1-party dominant political landscape. When the era comes to an end, it's bloody violent. China does not escape this phenomena as well, that's why Xi purging so many of his competitor after his ascend, so that the inevitable doesnt come so swift.
Because what matters are the supports of the few elites. And we all know how ass hole elitism is a monkey can be when u give him enough bananas.

I hope there is not a coup. I am afraid that any group who has the power to overtake Putin is there because they do not think Putin is doing ENOUGH. I prefer the Devil We Know in this case. I just want to see Putin lose and rot away in the Kremlin until a new generation can step in.

I've noticed months ago that millions of young and not so young Russians men scaped to other countries in droves. One young man who wanted to finish college first said, "I don't want to die for Putin". He was talking to his friend next to him who is also leaving Russia. He said we might end up in U.S. and apply scholarships at the University, that way we don't have to pay tuition fees as it's expensive in U.S.A. They want to enroll at Stanford University or other University that will accept them right away. "I'm smart"said one, "I'm smarter than you" said the other. Then they both laugh silently. A police was dragging a young man and shoved him into the police car.
He and his friend also wanted to live in a student's apartment because it's cheaper. and plan to work part-time job at a restaurant with a free lunch or dinner. His Mom was crying silently and told them to be quiet, the police might hear you, she said..They won't understand what we are talking about they both said. Thank God we took English Class. Then the bus came, both hugged and said goodbye. Mother was waiving while wiping her eyes. I've watched this on TV, I wiped my eyes 'cause it made me have a teary eyes as well.

Great content but the pronunciation of Kherson distracts me. I know it shouldn’t but my brain plays tricks on me – when I hear mispronounced words, especially words that are central to the topic, the credibility of the speaker drops. It sends a message that the content was not well researched. 😊
