The fact that Mondo's PV win win Berlin in 2018 isn't on this list is surprising. Not only was he the youngest in the entire field but he beat out multiple European Champion and then reigning European Champion to do it. That win also made him the youngest athlete in history to win the Pole Vault at the European Championships. His 6.05 winning jump was not only a PR but tied him for 2nd all time ever and broke his Junior World Record.
I am ALSO equally shocked that Jakob Ingebrigtsen isn't on this list with his performance also from Berlin when he won double gold in the 1500 and the 5k at the age of 17 ALSO making him the youngest to win double gold at the European Championships in the distance events. He also won the 5k in a new pr AND EU20 Record. And if it were up to me Mondo and Jakobs performances would be ranked 2nd and 1st respectively.
