Ukraine requires OVERSIGHT. As I have been saying. STRICT OVERSIGHT. VERY STRICT. Ask Wagner what the rules are about how we do things for special operations all over the globe. There are only four and they are excellent. BEING SOBER IS ONE THOSE RULES. THEFT IS NOT TOLERATED. RAPING AND PILLAGING AND DISRESPECT IN ANY FORM IS NOT TOLERATED. WHEN IN AN UNFRIENDLY TERRITORY KNOWN. FOR TORTURE AND TAKING POWS ILLEGALLY – ALWAYS GO JIHAD. NEVER ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE CAPTURED. WE DO NOT SERVE ANY MAN ON THIS EARTHLY PLANE. WE DO NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO EVER BE ENSLAVED. WE KNEEL TO NO MAN. EVER. OUR BROTHERS KNEEL TO NO MAN. WE SERVE NO MAN. WE ARE SLAVES TO NO MAN. WHATEVER MAKES A SOLDIER CRY MAKES THE ENEMY SMILE.
