The declaration gave substance to the launch and subsequent building of the EU.
‘The declaration of Robert Shuman said that a united Europe, one entity would not happen at once, it would be done step by step and by solidarity.
‘Each country celebrates May 9 through events that bring together young and old Europeans, and through events which are festive but also educational which explain what the EU is, how it works today.
‘The aims of Europe Direct are to moderate these debates, to inform the public, and to be close to the lives of all our citizens, to celebrate this anniversary which was started and launched in 1985 by the Heads of State and Government.
‘The Europe Direct centres are official centres of information of the European Union, there are nearly 500 in the 27 Member States. Their main aim is to bring Europe closer to its citizens.”

The bridge that divides the poor from the wealthy is not real if you know the area. And there has been for maaaaany years a two minute subway ride from rinkeby to sundbyberg. And sundbyberg is a municipality and not a neighbourhood like Rinkeby. And sundbyberg has neighbourhoods with similar socio-economical demographics and crime problems as Rinkeby.

As a. Swede our immigration politics was too many too fast. Also the wrong immigrants, we should have done as the poles and limited ourselves to Ukrainians. We have no need for somalies or ppl from Iraq, berry seldom du they have any education whatsoever or even a will to return.

The taxi driver is 100% correct. You cannot place new immigrants in one place all together. In that scenario they'll not assimilate. They have to be around the natives so they'll learn how their new society conduct themselves. But the main sticking point is you need to only take a many as you can handle. I do not believe this bridge will do anyone any good. Sweden is almost lost.

Nordic countries well known for it's inward protectionist policies to mitigate any foreign competition in exchange for a bigger state, higher taxes and largesse welfare. Which carries it's own implications responsible for schism within local demographic.
