Norway police have said the explosion was caused by a bomb. The tangled wreckage of a car was visible outside one building.
No-one has claimed responsibility.

European Union policy makers need to de-radicalize Conservative Nationalist away from Ultra-Conservatism that Brevik believed in and bring these people (where possible) over to European Social Democracy – Thilo Sarazzin spoke on this subject as a man of the Left.
