Germany’s economy isn’t having a great time. Years of severe underinvestment in public services, an ageing population, and challenges on the export-led model are pushing the country into a recession. Despite all of this, why are the politicians so powerless to deal with it?

we wouldn't even be talking about soling problems if they hadn't created them themselves. they shut down nuclear plants, allowed mass uncontrolled immigration instead of selecting talented economic migrants, sanctionned russia, done no serious effort to end bureaucracy, didn't invest in the right sectors…etc. It seems that they are making meticulous effort in trying to destroy the country

Your depiction of immigrants was extremely racist and dehumanizing, there are better and less callous ways to depict it, there are immigrant doctors, nurses, engineers and many more who contribute alot to Germany's and the EUs progress but you chose to show people who are escaping decades of failed western imperialists policies that have destroyed their homelands

U are wrong 7:40 . Germanies solar industry was sold to china (the technology) and then the subsidies were cut in germany.

Basicly it was killed because it was so effective at generating power and coal didnt like that.

All in all germany is a good example of europe selling out to the rich and the older generations. It is sumbolic to what happens when u dint invest into ur people for decades (since the 2000) and have politicians so corrupt that they litteraly made corruption legal and it will get worse and worse.

Because there are no great new industries or reforms in germany because electricity is to expansive, the cdu the guys who brought this country into this place is now going to win again and the people just blame the greens and immigration for everything.

You don't understand the German mentality.
Whatever we do, we do it with all our strength, even if it is wrong. But once we realize this, we do the opposite with all our might.
Over the last 50 years, the downfall of the German economy has been repeatedly predicted. At first it was said abroad that we don't work enough hours at 35 hours. Then it was said that the Japanese would overtake us. If we are independent of foreign countries in a few years through hydrogen production from oil and gas and nuclear fuel rod deliveries, we will be independent of foreign interests and will not have to dance to their tune.🤠

Spaniard here living in Germany. Well well well, Spain has great high-speed new trains and invests millions and millions of euros to build them. And… they connect only Madrid with periphery cities (Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, etc.). And that's it. Germany may have old trains and less investment but has a huuuuuuge much better and practical network of transport for everyone. Not only expensive pharao projects so that the politicians in spain can get a promotional photo for the opening of the lines. Spain abandones or closes the lines between middle/small cities making those regions decline
