Pedro sanchez commited electoral fraud .

They give the power in navarra to bildu a Nacionalist party who have ETA terrorist in their electoral list.

CDR was a organiced terrorist group who make the coup in catalonia in 1 october.
They want to give amnisty to this group
I intend to take an airport in Catalonia to introduce 10,000 Russian soldiers to guarantee independence. the brain behind this operation is puigdemon.

In any country this type of parties would be illegal and even more so when people within these parties have been convicted of terrorism, murders, tax fraud and other crimes.

They intend to implement a socialist like venezuela system and fragment the nation .

What is unjustified is that they persecute the opposition for protesting and the police commit police abuses against people who protest peacefully. while their companions are tried and others were left paralyzed or with lifelong injuries the days the illegal referendum was held.
    They really commited a coup

They really want to distroy my nation For 7 votes

They want to sell spain to mohammed VI (King of marroco)

That Catalan Republic is nothing more than an attempt to create a place where Venezuela, Nicaragua, Iran and, above all, Russia can launder their money through cryptocurrencies.
to launder money from the drug trafficking of the king of Morocco and other criminals at the European and international level. Don't forget that junts is an organization of the Catalan extreme right
We don't want our country to be trampled on, we just want jobs and security and freedom. We don't want socialism, we want to live well
We want national sovereignty, not to be on our knees before foreign powers. For us Spaniards, that is intolerable. Spain only kneels before God.
    🇪🇦👑✝️💪

As a Spaniard myself, I'm deeply embarrassed we have that man as prime minister…a man who has proven he will do whatever it takes to stay in power…Though it is true this law will definitely be challenged in the courts in the coming months, so it may not become law.

What about the lawfare that the PSOE said in the signed document with Junts it exists in Spain and the parliamentary comissions that will be held in the parliament bringing the judiciary under inverstigation by another power?

  12. @ElaborateTiger

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

The right wing are just coping that they lost. If they wanted to be serious about banning separatists, they should have not let them run for office in the first place, you can't only complain once the results are in. This is how parliamentary democracy works, minority parties can become king makers and push through their demands.

  13. @caliac

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

Just a correction: regionalism is not involved in the amnesty. Regionalists defend promoting the culture and language of their regions inside the frame of the Spanish State. It's nationalists that push for the division of the State and would benefit from the amnesty.

Also, there's another reason people are protesting (and more that I won't mention for the sake of simplicity) that has nothing to do with nationalism and that's the corruption accusation to the judicial system included in the amnesty treaty, along with a clause that binds the new government to create political comittees that would have the authority of reviewing judicial sentences. That's another huge point people (including judges, prosecutors, etc.) are protesting.

It would've been nice that you had had some Spaniard explain this to you before making the video (which is alright, but doesn't show the whole picture, making it seem a nationalist issue when it's not: there's so much more at stake in Spain right now).

  14. @arnauplanas7169

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

Mr Puigdemont and other separatists were not charged and deported in Belgium, Italy, Scotland, Germany or Switzerland. In those countries, the judges did not see any crime. Just in Spain.

  15. @albertgm8158

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

Literally for 10 years nothing has worked, nothing, so why not give amnesty a go? There's been plenty of economical amnesties for rich people and PP related bankers etc, so why should it be OK to amnesty the people who brought down the bank system in Spain and not OK now?

This is part of the reason why Americans should be thankful for the separation of the executive and legislative branches. The President never needs to bend to Congress's whims to stay in power, and "Kingmakers" don't hold so much sway on their decisions.

Politicians with 50,1% of votes Governing completely against what 49,9% of voters want, and they call themselves progressive and democratic…

Spanish voters, we are all on the same team, whether we are right or left. We need to force politicians to govern following the will of ALL of the voter base. Governing for 50,1% only will never be a sustainable solution.

  29. @romandelasalle

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

    1. Spain has Presidents, not prime ministers.
    2. Sanchez said that he would not do the amnesty bc that would be unconstitutional.
    3. It's not the first time he does exactly what he said he would never do.

  30. @AceroCarbono

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

4:23 it is gonna be passed, the entire political system is controlled by the party or the coalition of parties in power, that's why there's a debate on "Spanish democratic quality" (Spoiler: It isn't a democracy, its a partitocracy).

Also in the pact between PSOE and JUNTS they mention Lawfare. It has become quite controversial.

  37. @roberto8650

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

The legal analysis here is flawed. I'd especially want to point out that laws aren't challenged by the courts. Courts are and must remain impartial. Furthermore, the constitutionality of a law isn't determined by the courts, plural. The constitutionality of the law, if passed, will be challenged by a party (partial) at the Constitutional Tribunal.

  38. @Dani-cg5yc

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

I'm Spanish and I'm really astonished, I didn't know that such a complex situation could be explained so well in 10 minutes. Congratulations for the amazing work.

Edited: Worh mentioning though that Pedro Sánchez continuously claimed that the Amnesty wad impossible, illegal and even unethical. It was just after the election when he changed his mind

  42. @Carlos-wv3yj

    February 28, 2024 at 10:26 pm

The problem in Spain is that the right parties want a Madrid and Spanish-castilian centralized nation. while psoe recognize the historical regions of Spain and understand that Spain is unique in its diversity.

imo Spain can only work with the growth of the Madrid and Barcelona alliance. Madrid alone is nothing.

  43. @Carlos-wv3yj
