The EU is no stranger to launching legal dispute with other countries and even their own member states, but now they’re suing… themselves? What?! In this video we explain why the European Parliament is suing the European Commission, what the legal precedent is for this, and whether there could be any major consequences.

Using the "McDonalds Coffee Case" as a case of a frivalous lawsuit reflects pretty poorly on you as journalists. The woman had the coffee cup in her lap when a jolt in the car made it spill, the coffee was served at such a high temperature that the spill resulted in 3rd degree burns on large parts of her body. The perception of it as a frivalous case was driven by people paid by McDonalds.

    Do better.

    Someone hacked my account.

So parliament wants to activate a law, before it can be check to be legal? Seems legit. Comission! Quickly, activate it, before Court of Justice say it's illegal!

How does the penalty system work in these sort of legal battles? How does the fine system Work? If your fined do you take money from the government money pot then put it back in again.

The commision. But I am biased for Hungary and Poland. Germany invited a million new citizens to move there. Yet as soon as they got these people tried to force the other countries that did NOT INVITE ANYONE to take them instead. Glad we, in England got out, now we should pull Northen Ireland out of this quagmire too! Or take Ireland itself – before the EU plants their million new people there and it is too late. The 168,000 they already took scare the Irish! And yt threw off the one journalist who was blogging the truth. Gemma Doherty who like Katie Hopkins would not toe the EU line. Go ladies – you are our last vouces of reason in an insane world corrupted by talking money!

It just seems like the EU is too bureaucratic for its own good and Hungary and Poland are just taking advantage of your poor constitutions construction. You need to start again.

Opening the video with that approach to the cup of coffee mcdonalds case makes you look very much not credible. That case isn't just frivolous but has importance of McDonald's escaping paying medical bills for their own negligence for a woman who face third degree burns on her genitals.

Western Europeans and their worldwide descendants in America and elsewhere falsely assume that everyone in the World has the same idea of what "freedom" means as they do. People in Eastern Europe do not have the same concept of "freedom" and "democracy" that the West does and never will. The EU and the globalists are trying to put all the cultures and traditions of Europe and of the World into a blender and produce a homogeneous "vanilla" culture across the World based on Western notions of "democracy" and "freedom". However, when the West talks about "democracy", they mean the type of "democracy" that we have here in America, where Washington DC is little more than a Puppet Show with Wall St pulling all the strings. In short, countries who assume Western "democratic values" are easier to economically exploit by the Global Elites, and Poland & Hungary are apparently smarter than to let that happen to them.

I don't see how the EU can function over time. You have so many countries with so many different outlooks and economic policies. Look at how they had to bail out Greece, etc. I mean, look at this site, it has fairly upscale, intelligent viewers compared to other sites. AND MOST COMMENTS ARE ARGUING ABOUT MCDONALDS LAWSUIT. I think EU needs to downscale and have a loose federation for defense and a few major issues.

looks like the EU is trying to do a tight rope of keeping the EU together with wokeism and not loose member states, because of Brexit showed other EU members that they to can leave if the EU doesn't line up with their own laws and ethics

Assuming this is mostly to do with Poland not taking Muslim migrants, I support Poland Hungary in this case for the same reasons I would have supported brexit if I was old enough to vote. Having said that, looking at the rise of the right across Europe, Brexit may have been premature and we may be better aligning ourselves more closely with the European right
