Great stories this week! Visiting Paris earlier this week I was very impressed by the number of cyclists around the city rather than cars, encouraging to see people taking more sustainable forms of transport. Made it feel safer and nicer to go around the city.

How is scamming citizens out of the value of their vehicle a good thing? Does the government destroy those vehicles or do they auction them off to be resold at higher prices?
