All new buses need to be fully electric, all existing buses should have kit to also make then fully electric.
All new bin lorry's should be fully eletric.
More faster chargers for electric cars, but also slow chargers for electric cars. Every lamp post should have a slow charging socket, just think 2kw from a lamp post is no problem. If someone plugs in a car over night for 10 hours they will get 20 kwh, if you have a small city car like a VW e-up then 20kwh will be about 160 km of driving. And slow chargers can supply cheaper electricity because they don't need so much infrastructure to just put a socket on a lamp post.
Every building should have solar on the roof. When you look at multi-story apartment blocks a group of lawyers need to figure out a standard best practice for how the financial side of things will work if a multi-story appartment block has solar on the roof.
Plus more bike lanes, somewhere to safely lock your bike and a police force who investigate bike theft.
And public transport needs to run very late into the night particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
