Another reason why Ukraine is capturing ground in Russia: they can use it as a trade when there are peacetalks.
Russia has X ground captured of Ukraine, Ukraine has Y ground captured from Russia. Both return the area back and call it a day.

But they must be carefull. Because Belarus is not participating with Russia to invade Ukraine, but they most probably will help Russia defend when being invaded. That will be a but too much that Ukraine can handle.

Funny thing is, the bullies are the rich warmongers in Russia, Ukraine, and NATO. When the rich wage war, it's the poor who suffer and die. I guarantee most average people just want to live in peace, not worry about who claims "ownership" of the land.

Russia lose 0,00000001 land of her own Country and the Ukrain lose 16 % of her Country. Good Deal!

This may end up being the start of a new Russian civil war.

And Ukraine really needs to keep us in the dark for OPSEC reasons.

  19. @vladimirbazhaev7851

I think this is a strategic mistake from Ukraine tbh. I understand that Ukraine wants to make the Russian public question the war their leaders waged, but it can have a reverse effect and super-charge the Russian public in supporting the war. Because now Russia is "defending from invaders" (I know how ridiculous it sounds, but sadly public emotion trumps any fact here).

If North Vietnamese army somehow managed to bomb Washington city, then the US public would never have stopped supporting the war and supported a subsequent withdrawal.

Only time will tell whats going to happen here.

The attacks against civilians in Belgorod is the counter offensive. What will Russia do? More important, what will folks in the west think come september and "we're about to start the counteroffensive".

In this video, we’re going to take a look at the ruling in France and explain why, while it might be good news for Le Pen personally, it is actually probably bad news for the National Rally and thus the French right.
