The new EU Pharma Package is a smart move : If Europe can secure Europeans Health , it will have a very good chance to succeed. Basic Antibiotics are vital and must be manufactured in EU, even with very low margins.
In Artificial Intelligence there are 3 key points : The GPU chips used , which must be manufactured in EU, the Data inserted , since AI only knows what is told , and the Code & Algorithms used to build new Answers in Text, Video, Holograms, Music, Art, Neuron links, etc. Many Programmers like Python for AI and C++ for heavy duty Commercial & Industrial Jobs . Many Chips from Asia and the Middle East have " backdoors ", trackers , etc. The EU Chips Act is fundamental , as are 300 gigawatts of Solar , Wind and Batteries Arrays, EV Factories, Desalination, Agrivoltaics and Heat Pumps Factories.
