   It's either after you retire yo do just like Arteta and be assistant coach for a good time until you switch to becoming a coach. Retiring and going straight as a coach don't always work out well. Rooney, lampard, Terry I believe it's too early for them. Look at xabi Alonso he took some time to learn before becoming a coach and was an assistant at some point now he winning with leverkusen.

   With the way Fabregas played football there was a player with brains that will make a decent manager in the future… It is good to see him learn more and would love to see him in a bigger stage.

    Cesc will do well in management if clubs are patient with him. He understands midfield play perfectly so it's about building the right squad for his style of football.

    As hard as it is to admit I still have a soft spot for Fabregas despite of what he did from an Arsenal fan’s perspective. He was my favourite player as a kid

    They've just hired Osian Roberts. Worth a read about his past. Morocco world cup run, Wales to the Euros semi finals, praise from Vieira and Henry when they did their coaching qualifications with him.

    💙🤍 Da Lariano (abitante intorno al lago di Como), sono orgoglioso di Cesc e del progetto e come allenatore e persona mi piace molto, è umile e silenzioso il giusto. Sarebbe bello vederlo in panchina con noi se facciamo il salto!💪
    E' una situazione in continuo fermento e cambiamenti, anche noi siamo destabilizzati…. però è bello tutto ciò, sembra di essere tornati ai magici anni 80 della Serie A quando il Como se la giocava costantemente con le grandi in partite combattute, e il Sinigaglia straripava di gente….che immagini.

    There's a reason why even Cesc's time at Barca (2011-14), he started 121 out of 151 games he played. Losing him again was painful as a Barca fan.

    I am a Como Football fan, and I am a citizen of the city of Como.
    
    I like Cesc, I like him as a person and a coach, many have accepted this change, hoping that our team can grow together with Cesc and return to a great team like it once was.
