   your diagnoses of the French vis-a-vis the difficulty (or the absence of) can be grafted onto Bundesliga and Bayern Munich, who have won the league for the last decade. There is some truth to it, though.

    Winning Ligue 1 is a given, was it a given in 2021 when Lille won, in 2016 when Monaco won? Bayern Munich win the Bundesliga every year. It’s a rubbish argument, the truth is simply that Bayern Munich are a bette team. PSG showed their best and their best is not good enough, nothing to do with too easy league

    History in europe is a real thing. Clubs who have large histories in Europe always turn up when its time to play. Real and Liverpool are examples of this. No matter how badly their playing in their respective domestic leagues, they always turn up for the CL.

    Bayern Munich is the second greatest Club in WorldHistory and they are among the 1-2 best teams right now as well!
    If a Club earned the "BigClub-Mentality" cause they worked hard over the span of 6 decades!, you dont beat them by throwing money at them.
    Most of the time they will win the game, especially against small clubs like PSG

    Doesn't matter what manager you bring in, those superstars will always get away with everything. When PSG are handing out insane contracts to superstars the manager can't simply just bench them. ETH had it easier at Man Utd due to less superstars and he came in and took control of the dressing room and players almost instantly. PSG owners are forking out so much money for these superstars the manager has no choice but to play them. Imagine Jose or Simeone coming into PSG and benching the front 3 to discipline for poor performance, late to a meeting or not attending pre-season tour. The owner would never let £1M a week sit on the bench.

    Money can buy you the talent, but talent alone isn't enough. You need more than that. Messi is there because he was pushed out of his club and just landed in PSG. Mbappe doesn't even want to be there, and that's the guy they expect to lead them to victory? How is something like that ever going to be the best team in Europe? You can't just grease a few palms and expect to be Champions. Their entire business model is flawed and doomed to fail.

    1.4 La Liga titles.
    2.5 Champions League titles.
    3.5 Club World Cup titles.
    4.5 Ballon d'Or awards.
    Despite having a great success with Barcelona, he didn't perform well with Argentina.
    3 Copa America Finals and 2014 World Cup Final, but none of them ended up as victorious.

    Lionel Messi's achievements after 2016:
    1.3 La Liga titles.
    2.0 Champions League titles.
    3.0 Club World Cup titles.
    4.2 Ballon d'Or awards.
    Argentina won the 2021 Copa America, Finalissima 2022, and 2022 World Cup, with Messi having a good performance. But, as a PSG players, he was a normal human forever.

    Anyone going to talk about how lazy Mbappe is when it comes to defending? We saw it at the World Cup and we see it in the CL, absolute passenger when it comes to pressing or tracking back. If it was good enough for the likes of Messi, Iniesta, Xavi etc at Barca….. if it’s everyone else’s job to do the hard yards and for him to win the big games, he keeps failing when it comes to his end of the bargain.

    PSG needs a Giroud in their team so Mbappe is more free to play. Perhaps Kane is a good option but I doubt Kane can learn French but crazier things has happened. Tbh I'd prefer Kane leaving England.
