Germany is uncle Sam's puppet, meanwhile France is relatively independent with their policies that's why France has really good relations with few asian countries while Germany despite being a big economy has no ally in Asia.

Don't defend France. No matter how rite they seem, they'll be the ones to strike 1st in an inner European war (which is bound to happen).

  22. @Angelfox51

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

The European Union is just a fraud that only favoured German industry. I will never forget how unsolidar Germany has been to the rest of Europe during the 2009 crisis. They treated every poor european country for their ruined economy while this crisis came from the US, like in 1929, like in the 80s. Now here, the war impacts a lot their economy but they made the choice to rely on Russian gas. Once again, they think to themselves only, not to their neighbors. This Union doesn’t make me sense to me anymore.
Worse, they want to rely defense again on the US, a country who may not intervene if a real war against Russia and Europe starts. Germans forgot that Trump or someone with the same ideas may come back. They ignore the US may disclocate themselves with a civil war because of the strong polarisation of its citizens.

  23. @jamesshone1677

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

Sounds like the exact reason the UK wanted to leave the EU. Didn’t want to have to ask 25+ nations permission to do stuff

  24. @Sebastian-hc8rj

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

German here, we are stupid, France is right in every account.

our Energy packet is just awful and immoral.
    we Need more Nuclear power.
we need to be less reliant on the US in defence.

i dont see any point we Germans have thats better then France's

  25. @jamebrow

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

You missed an important point. If energy prices are subsidised this winter, there will be less incentive to cut consumption. One cold snap and the power could be off. Even with the best diesel generators, that's going to be a real problem in the digital world we now live in.

  26. @Mentaldisorder-nu2hk

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

If war never happens in Ukraine then the energy will no longer be a problem in EU.

  27. @louptrjack7354

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

Answer is simple. French people still believe that their culture and imperialism power are as important as the other countries but no. EU is all about Germany and its policies, nobody cares what France or French thinks. Also, speak English not French. I don't care your French words as nobody does

  28. @Pate1992

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

Tbh most of the germans are annoyed with germany. So ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  29. @qushendrefelida2128

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

Hi…. what exactly is the energy support package? And why is france annoyed by Germany announcing it's support package

  30. @cow_tools_

    March 1, 2024 at 4:10 am

I'm with France on these issues.

In this video, we’re going to take a look at the ruling in France and explain why, while it might be good news for Le Pen personally, it is actually probably bad news for the National Rally and thus the French right.
