South America in general has a very good relations with Portugal and Spain, win – win. It is the Caribbean countries that still talks about colonialism as it is more recent for them and they neighbor Haiti. But mercosur and pacific alliance countries do like Europe, have many descendants and hope Europe could be a third power as we are been squeezed in this fight of China and US.

EU politicians spent months at the beginning of the war trying to negotiate with Putin, meanwhile he was busy raping and murdering people. I would love to see Lula convince or force Putin to negotiate but that's just not going to happen. The only thing Russia has ever understood is brute force.

EU Immigration: In my opinion Europe must vote in 2024 Elections what kind of Europe they want , if they want open borders and an invasion of millions of sunni men by Smugglers financed by sunni Oil Sheiks pushing a caliphate and sharia in Europe or they want their European Culture and Rule of Law for their Children. About Slavery , when anyone visits old Slave and Spices Ports around Africa Coasts, the tour guides tell the Truth: Strong and bully African Tribes attacked other weak African Tribes and enslaved the young and strong, sometimes eat the weak in ceremonies , and sold these slaves to Trading Ship owners along Africa Coasts . Without African Tribes enslaving other weaker African Tribes, there would be no Slave trade to the Americas.

EU – CELAC – Mercosur : Europe has around 70 million cattle , while South & Central America ( including Caribbe ) have 350 million cattle, only Brasil has 240 million cattle , solution : All Cattle in Blockchain at Data Centers all over EU & Lat Am, managing sales, feeds, distribution, deliveries , financing, etc. making sure all Farmers get a fair share , this formula applies to Energy, Crops, Services, etc. , and Lat Am building its own Common Currency in parallel and independent to Euro, and Blockchain+ Data Centers & 2 Currencies ( Euro + new Lat Am single currency) in cash+ digital , will make Europe and South+ Central America wealthy, healthy and happy in 10 – 15 years.
