   Answer: I don't know what I'm doing hence why I've just appointed Farke-lite after sacking my last appointment one game after a one month break. I'm not responsible for the shambles transfer markets of the last 3/4 years, the managers I appoint are.

   I'm tired of feeling like almost every player, sporting director and manager views our club as a stepping stone and is always looking for another opportunity. Farke was different and we sacked him. stu used to be different but its clear now that he's looking for the door. players like cantwell, dowell and gibson clearly dont care. we need another manager with passion and a rebuild from the top down, not some random german to get us back in the prem with a shambolic squad, bring in 3 players on loan who are just happy to be there and spend 30mil on dreadful signings

   sorry but straight off the bat the fans because they showed such disapproval and Dean didn't deserve that. Quite simply Webber himself is a massive problem his ego and arrogance towards the fans he also needs to walk. Dean smith was just awful absolutely no attack no midfield sat back from min one invited teams to play while we did nothing he was sacked because it was worse than watching a Chris Houghton side Smith made that football look like watching Brazil Lots of good behind the scenes staff have left and are now at Ipswich because of his inner circle who except no criticism whatsoever for the club's failings.

   Let’s be fair here. I think Stuart sounds like he’s been doing some listening. He’s grasped the need for success, style and connection and that he’s learnt from the Smith appointment. I didn’t think Smith was a stinker on appointment but it just worked out that way. He’s made one great appointment before and deserves a chance to go again and rebuild his reputation.

   The madness ; it was clear to all that Dean Smith wasn't working out weeks ago . Webber waited till after the World Cup break to sack him . As for the Soccer Bot or whatever it's called ,that just seems like an expensive toy . The clubs should've just brought the squad a PlayStation 5 and let them play FIFA 22.

    Webber has done so much for the club, I understand why us norwich fans are angry at him for his mistakes but he has progressed this club more in the last 5 years than it had been in 20. Wagner will come good, just support them ffs

    Webber releasing this before hiring a new manager, essentially saying: ‘We wanted to keep your predecessor here for longer and believed in THEIR project, but the fans are unfairly creating a toxic atmosphere where it’s impossible to manage.’

    Besides anything else, this is hardly an encouraging selling point for any prospective candidates.
