UPDATE: This video was finished on Friday and there have been two key updates since then:
1. President Duda has proposed amending the law to remove the penalties that the commission can impose (i.e the commission wouldn’t be able to ban people from office but would be able to issue a statement that someone is not fit for public duty). He’s also proposed changing the makeup of the commission so that its members are non-partisan experts and not members of parliament. However, these changes would only be made if/when parliament adopts the amendments.
2. On Sunday hundreds of thousands of Poles marched in Warsaw to protest the government and its plans. Some estimates put the number at half a million.

The Russian run Poland and the others Central Europeans for more the 50 years . They kept us from growing as we should be,
but the worst part of Russians domination over this part of Europe, was demoralization of our societies, this is specially true in
Poland. Because of that we have this type of opposition in Poland right now. Those people will sale themself to anybody, who will
pay them well , just look at Mr. Tusk and his fallowers.

Democracy requires removing foreign influence, even if it is in the opposition and the courts (and it is there, indeed, because the enemy had enough time to install it).
Law and Justice is right.
The EU has cooperated with russia in keeping the istalled agents (Tusk being a prominent one) in power in Poland, that's why they call so ardently now against allegedly "undemocratic" rulings of the Polish Parliament.
The EU, itself, is highly infiltrated by russia.

As a young Polish guy, I honestly don't know who to vote for in my country. I feel like none of the parties we currently have are trustworthy or represent my values. A lot of my friends share similar view on that matter. It's frustrating and discourages people from getting involved in politics, which is bad in itself.

Let me remind you, Poland, never had democracy. Poland use the word democracy like the Corporate Corrupt Whitehouse misuse the phrase " freedom and democracy" They use these word's as Trojan horses!! To lie, lie and lie again!! Poland's ( not their people) politicians are morally ethically and politically bankrupt!! And they've been in that state for a decade or so.
Remember when they ( in one of their Russian Phobia Russian Racism regular frame of mind)
They accused the Russians of planning an air crash: (The Tupolev TU-154 April 2010. Flight PLF101.)
96 people were killed including Poland's President (Lech Kaczyynski & his wife were killed in the crash.
However; according to the Polish officials they were murdered by the Russians! (AN ABSOLUTE LIE) And Poland knew it!!
In recent years they confessed they lied !! In fact the Polish Government killed their own President because of lack of proper maintenance of the said aircraft!!
The Pope may back them in their hour of need; but they are and always will be a bunch of ignoramus scoundrels. A NATO Proxywar in waiting for the meatgrinder.
Their leadership are prepared to do an Evil Zelenskiy on the Polish people!! Send them to their deaths on behalf of NATO; Whitehouse and the British Tory Government Whitehouse plantation vassals.
@Hatsuzuki.

Shockingly Poland also has pro-Russian or Ethnic Russian population.
Let’s not forget what happened to Ukraine at the beginning of the current war (officials passing military information to Russia, Ukrainian military demining roads for Russians, Ukrainian politicians fleeing to Russia etc.). Even in 2014 days invasion by Russia, many local pro-Russian population were instrumental in the invasion.
Under normal circumstances, prohibiting one’s freedom based on suspicion is not acceptable. However, if the risk of war is imminent, the possibility of such security failure is material, and the cost of such failure is too high, such provisions maybe acceptable for a set amount time with a general provision for transparency (external audit).
Given the size of population of Poland, it is hard to assess how material is a few hundred thousand. It could all be pro-Russian population.
Let’s not forget, if Russia decides to expand the war, Poland is the only shield against Russia (and Belarus). It is all good to talk sweet and kind, but the brutal reality is, Russia deployed nukes to Belarus and Belarusian president is not shying away from threatening Poland.

It is a hoax. Government should do parliamentary commission but then they have to give two seats in it to every political party in parliament. In this case they dont have to do that and probably vast majority of "judges" will be from ruling party. Also it is unconstitutional in 12 cases if Im not mistaken. And Im not sure it is against Tusk. I think it is against someone else.
