Explore the intricate hand-beading and dramatic silhouettes of the Temraza fall/winter 26-27 collection on FashionTV!

Stepping outside the traditional fashion week schedule, Egyptian haute couture house Temraza presented its F/W 2026-27 collection in an intimate, showcase in Paris. Founded by Farida Temraz, the brand brought its signature blend of Middle Eastern heritage, architectural precision, and modern glamour to the heart of the fashion capital.

The independent presentation allowed the house to curate a distinct narrative centered on female strength, heritage, and the transformative power of artisanal craft. The fall/winter 2026-27 lineup features dramatic floor-sweeping silhouettes, hand-draped gowns, and sharp structural tailoring.

Grounded in a rich palette of deep jewel tones, metallic golds, and pristine ivories, the collection highlights Temrazaโ€™s renowned expertise in intricate hand-beading and geometric embroidery.

Each garment balances rigid architectural lines with fluid, movement-focused fabrics, creating a visual dialogue between protection and grace.

By presenting off-calendar, Temraza underscored its identity as a global couture force, celebrating individuality, craftsmanship, and regal elegance on its own terms.

Robert Wun: Surrealist Innocence for F/W 26-27 | Paris Haute Couture Week

Published

on

Re-believe in the power of imagination – view the complete Robert Wun Couture F/W 26-27 show on FashionTV!

Drawing inspiration from Studio Ghibli visionary Hayao Miyazakiโ€™s belief that creators must build a world for children to believe in a better future, Wun introduced “Childsplay” – a collection that embraces the un-serious to create with profound, uncompromising seriousness. The runway unfolded like a timeline of growing up.

Opening with pure white, blank-canvas silhouettes touched by naรฏve, colorful paint-splash embroideries, the collection gradually gained form, shape, and narrative depth. Childhood archetypes and fairy-tale heroines were reinterpreted through Wunโ€™s signature surrealist tailoring: a pleated blue velvet gown reminiscent of Snow White wrapped around the body with delicate birds perched on the shoulder; a Jack Skellingtonโ€“inspired suit adorned with sparkling embroideries that mimicked both pinstripes and bones; and a soft, billowing tribute to Bambiโ€™s mother complete with a horned headpiece and infant doll.

Every silhouette balanced imaginative wonder with intricate craftsmanship. Exaggerated origami-folded tailoring, bright wooden color-blocking, and a tweed jacket with rounded ears mirroring a giant teddy bear brought childhood toys to life. Unrealized personal ambitions were captured in transparent astronaut helmets and a pink tulle ballerina crowned with a music box figurine.

The emotional climax of the show arrived in the closing tailored looks, which were adorned with real, vibrant balloons jutting out from the garments – a striking, fragile nod to the joy and fleeting nature of youth. “Childsplay” served as a powerful reminder that the courage to imagine far outweighs the desire to consume.

BED j.w. FORD: Tension, Release, & Unstudied Elegance fpr S/S 27 | Paris Fashion Week

Published

on

Enjoy the free-spirited spring/summer 27 runway from BED j.w. FORD on FashionTV!

Inspired by an unscripted dusk scene in Cinque Terre, Italy, where two local women shared wine beside a single lemon tree, designer Shinpei Yamagishi returns for S/S 27 with a reflection on what true richness means.

Stepping back from the brandโ€™s signature severity, BED j.w. FORD embraces a relaxed sensuality defined by ease, lightened layers, and unpretentious textures. Outerwear is boldly stripped away, making space for worn-in cupro shirts, beach-ready shorts, slacks with rib-knitted waists, and summer knits crafted from washi paper and multi-stripe yarns. Traditional Japanese Komon floral motifs peek through sheer fabrics, lending a touch of innocence, while silk-linen blends allow washed-in wrinkles to feel familiar and lived-in.

Despite the collection’s nonchalant mood, precision remains: pinstriped tailored jackets are paired with pinky rings co-created with Preek, and crushed-sequin Suicoke sandals catch the sunlight with a muted glow. Grounded by a single shirt adorned with a lemon graphic, Yamagishi delivers a quiet celebration of everyday optimism.
