   Ronaldo is better. People in sports always want the bigger population to pick from. Argentina is a big country. Portugal is small country. Messi is 1 out of 45 million, and Ronaldo is 1 out 10 million. Ronaldo has better work ethic. Portuguese people turn out more with less like Mourinho. In the world cup they made a big deal out of Ronaldo's age but they didn't say anything about his 40 year old defender in Pepe. They didn't say old Pepe lost the game for Ronaldo, they said Ronaldo was too old. That relates to it being a smaller country that does more with less. Barcelona had a better overall team too and Messi was there his whole career.

    I always laugh when pundits downplay Ronaldo's achievement to 'just hardwork'. Over the span of 20years (2004 – 2024), thousands of players have come & gone, a lot of them with incredible talents, the likes of Suarez, Radamel Falcao, Rooney, Xavi, Iniesta,Lampard, Lewandosky, Ribery, Ibrahimovic, Aguero, van Persie and hundreds more, how come none of these players achieved the same results as Cristiano Ronaldo? Or are we saying these other players did not work hard hence their results are not close to that of Ronaldo ? Pundits always insulting & downplaying Ronaldo's talent just to suit their choice of Messi, will always remain the height of tomfọ̀olery

    Messi is obviously top 2 greatest player ever, but saying things like he can do things no one has ever done is exaggerated so one one dribbled the ball before Messi and the other argument is hes a natural and didnt need to work for it!!! so why does he turn up for training? kinda disrespecting him in a way, just because he makes things look easy doesnt mean he was born with it. pretty sure he would work hard as Ronaldo to improve his game.

    No, you don't have respect, you act dirty when you think you are ahead, you suddenly change when Messi gets ahead, you are a disrespectful football player with no character, on the other hand, Messi has always maintained his respect for you in this regard.

    If you look at his previous speeches you will understand what I mean.

    ronaldo robbed ribery's ballon dor in 2023( remember in that year ronaldo won no trophies, zero trophies) and Neuer's in 2014 so he should have 3 ballon dors in total..

    CR7 fangirls have spent the last year trying to drag everybody down to their level and keep the debate going but what they dont realise is scrambling all over the internet isnt going to bring Ronaldo a world cup 😂 the debate was already long over but it was said by everybody whoever wins the world cup is the certified GOAT and the debate is over. Theyve been in so much pain this past year and had so many sleepless nights that their only response now to it is Messi must have had it 'rigged' 😂 thats how triggered they are. Their hero got benched for both club and country and had a shite world cup so theyre hellbent on deflecting the blame now and making excuses as to why Messi won the world cup LOL but we all see it. Theyre just bitter that theyve had to choke on their words for the last 10 years saying Messi doesnt turn up on the international stage, as soon as he shuts them up and wins the biggest trophy of all theyre now claiming rigged when the narative if Argentina lost would have been 'Messi is a flop and cant get international glory' 🤷🏾‍♂️😂 they wanted Messi to fail so bad and now that hes shut them up the best way possible theyre butthurt, jealous and bitter. Bless them. If Portugal won the world cup they wouldnt shut up about it but now Messi has won it all of a sudden it doesnt matter 😂 Messi is covered in glory and rightly so while their hero scored one goal all tournament, tried to claim a goal that didnt even touch his head, got benched for club and country and ran off to Saudi with his tail between his legs after saying he still wanted to play in europe at the top level (his own words) and had his agent scraping around Europe getting rejected by all the elite teams. Ronaldo fans are truly in the mud.
