Their outfits, they wear, create friction with the air and slow them down. It would be helpful, to their performance, if they could reduce the surface area of their outfits as to decrease the air friction as they run and particularly as they jump through the air. I would recommend that they minimize their current outfits by wearing smaller and more skin tight clothing. Most of them keep tugging and pulling down on their outfits – this is a clear indication that their clothing is currently too big and too baggy. The Olympic beach volleyball outfits are closer to what these women should be wearing.

Ana p(Spain) she got speed but the middle phase need to improve and also the jump phase. Looking good it's also great jump. See 15m with ease soon and 6.78m or better

2019 was a great year. No Covid and lots of real people supporters and no masks or distancing.
