Ahhhh TLDR News opinion on Germany…. I would be expecting something like – "The sky in Germany is blue, this phenomenon is cause by England being a pile of rancid, evil.smelly, land of devils from the bowels of hell" or some such left wing driven self deprecation.

Saccharine pro-EU drivel from start to finish. Germany "taking over" the EU? When did it ever give it up? Lagarde is "concerned" about North-South divides, after she clobbered the Greek working class during the financial crisis a decade ago!? And no mention of Brussels' bullying around the AstraZeneca vaccine, a picture of arrogance, incompetence and illegality that will be very hard to live down, to say the least. Sure, they have their "plans". It's what they do inside that bubble.

Germany will certainly take over properly due the COVID screwup. Next German Leader wants largest countries who pay the most to have the most influence and not be responsible for the smaller countries. EU must deal with Russia who are now Energy superpower; as they've already done a deal with China. Most of their Goals are diametrically opposed.

Britain has lost global dominance, there is a European economic Union, Germany is the most influential.

If we get rid of the Fed and the European central bank, we, the people, take back part of power that's been taking from us. We take a powerful tool, used to manipulate us, away from the people hiding in shadows. The ECB created money for only one reason, to buy Italian debt, when it wasn't yet decided by Brussels how to deal with countries with large debt. Creating new money, means inflation. Our savings loose value. Without being asked, we pay for part of the Italian debt. We save money for a rainy day, Italian government spends money like there's no tomorrow and we pay for the Italian party. We, the people, don't tell the central bank what to do, they do what they like, they listen to another master and we accept it
