So, in today’s video we will be looking at how the EU rules the world through regulation, otherwise known as the Brussels effect.

But as other economies rise and the EU sinks then that Bureaucracy that the EU finds so charming will stall trade and technology advances. One of the first laws the EU passed after Brexit restricted the development of USB or other alternatives. If Apple had withdrawn because the better lightning charger was banned then suddenly the EU finds itself not as an adopter of modern technology but a stagnant hole. Couple that with it being an efficient collapsing Federal Nation it's a good by to Europe and back to the problems pre WW1.

European GDP is 18 trillion(with UK would be 21.2 trillion) while China is 17.7 trillion…how come U day European Union doesn’t have Chinese economic might? The European Union has 18 trillion for 400 millions population while China has 17.7 trillion for 1.5 billion population…EU’s economic might is far superior to China only surpassed by the United States.

March 5, 2024 at 7:34 am
All of this, of course, sounds fantastic.
BUT:
We have to remember who we are dealing with. Continental Europe doesn’t have the best reputation for obeying laws and regulations.
Greece lied to get into the Eurozone. Greek debt magically “disappeared”. The entire EU knew about it. They knew Greece was lying and cheating. But were so keen were they on the Euro that they ignored it.
In 2003, France and Germany had both overspent, and their budget deficits had exceeded the 3% of GDP limit to which they were legally bound. Both should have been heavily fined according to EU rules. The EU ignored the rules.
France still doesn’t meet the rule. It hasn’t since pre 2003. It has never been fined.
The EU has a rule that says debt should be below 60% of GDP. They ignore that as well. Germany’s public debt, at 69 per cent of GDP, exceeds the EU guidelines, while France’s has risen to 113 per cent, Italy’s to 151 per cent and Greece’s to 193 per cent,
So much for rules.
It gets worse. Remember diesegate? The German car industry sold diesel cars with fake software to hide pollution that was killing 5000 people a year in Europe alone. The EU only fined the German car industry a third of what the USA fined them!
Or look at the Wirecard fraud. It now seems regulators and the German government were aware of the fraud but were so keen to get into fintech that they overlooked it and covered it up until the company collapsed.
Then look at food standards that allowed the sale of horsemeat labeled as beef!
French bottled water is widely known to be containing pesticides, but the EU does nothing to avoid upsetting France!
The EU medical standards allowed silicon implants made from dangerous industrial silicon (PIP) and deadly slimming pills (Servier).
The EU ignores its own rules and standards.

EU is NAZZI PROJECT: USA is NAZZI also and has been for long time : Many Many German Nazis have worked for USA in NASA and CIA:
Georg Rickhey – German engineer and former head of Mittelwerk GmbH, which was a secret Nazi factory built underground where, among other things, V-2 rockets and V-1 rocket bombs were developed and manufactured. Hitler awarded him the Military Cross for his work. He was tried in the USA for being a witness to the execution and a collaborator of the SS and the Gestapo. He was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
Arthur Rudolph – rocket engineer, a key figure in the development of the Nazi V-2 combat rocket. After II. After World War II, the American government transferred him to the USA, where he became a key figure in the United States' space program. He was also at the birth of the American Persching combat rockets, or the Saturn V rocket.
Eberhard Rees – a rocket engineer who during II. World War I participated in the development of the V-2 rocket. After II. World War II, the American government transported him to the USA. He worked as the second director of the Marshall Space Flight Center, which operates under NASA.
Friedwardt Winterberg – German theoretical physicist, expert in nuclear physics, theory of relativity, etc. He is known for his work on nuclear rocket propulsion, for which he received a gold medal from the International Space Flight Foundation (1971).
Kurt Lehovec – a pioneer in the field of integrated circuits. He was a native of the North Bohemian village of Ledvice.
Herbert A. Wagner – Austrian scientist, innovator in the field of aerodynamics, aircraft design and weapons. He was involved in the development of the Henschel Hs 293 anti-ship guided missile.
Hans K. Ziegler – a pioneer in the field of communication satellites and the use of photovoltaic solar cells as an energy source for satellites. He was not active in the German military industry during the war.
Wernher von Braun – German rocket engineer. One of the main figures in the development of rocket technology in Germany during World War II. world war. He was responsible for the development of the V-2 combat rocket. He is called the Father of Rocket Science. After the war, he worked for example also for NASA, which called him "undoubtedly the greatest rocket scientist in history."

basically it's easier to follow one set of regulations than it is to follow lots at the same time. since the EU has the strictest that's the one everyone follows. You can do business in America while following EU regulations but you can't do business in the EU while following American regulations. Instead of using EU regulations for one part of your business and American regulations for another its easier to just stick to EU regulations overall and not have to worry about the differences in regulation.

This all sounds verry good. However the devil is in the details. How does the EU controls all of these companies? For example, Google can send her data to an Google hub outside the EU. BY DOING SO google can show not to keep private information any longer than premitted, but is the data realy gone? Secondly the EU has international treaties that gives companies the posibillity to claim financial compensation whe new regulation has an negative effect on the profits off companies . The so called future profil losses. In general these compansations are verry big and the european tax peyers have to pay for this. So as alway's there is a snake in the grass.
