    Clearly people's opinion on the countries affected this.

    I understand why dicolors could be boring, but like Malta has its cross that prevents that.

    Then only two tricolors are in the list – Bulgaria & Lithuania. It's not like they're massively different from other tricolors like Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands or Germany.
