I think it’s really awesome and we definitely need to talk about it more. Well done Reading and Sky for making this video. I do feel however more should be done to support the athletes in terms of postnatal care, finances, creche at the main training facilities. I also think paying for higher education or apprenticeships while on mat leave, like sports science, physiotherapy, coaching badges, refereeing, scouting, journalism or any other interests they may pursue as career post retirement.
