I agree McKenna does deserve a PL job. I would prefer he did it as Ipswich manager though.

Carrick narrative is hilarious. Done a fantastic job since he's come in yes, yet he is portrayed as one of the best in the league for having a strong 6 months with a squad who are a top 6 performing team easily. He fits the media narrative no wonder Sky is so obsessed with him

In 25 years of supporting Coventry I can’t think of another manager in that time for us other than Eric Black (in a short run) who has brought some pride and exciting football and galvanised the fans so well! I really hope he stays to get us back to the Prem. I’ve also been impressed with Carrick the way he has Middlesbrough playing and the way he talks in the press is admirable – especially in his first season. Managers are just not given time in the PL it is so short sighted.
