I think the Judiciary Committee should ask for an FBI investigation into the massive amounts of "irrefutable evidence" that Adam Shitf kept referring to and yet never produce one iota of during either of the Trump witch hunts.

The FBI investigation was desperately needed. Even if it won't uncover new evidence, it will at least show an attempt at it which is important given the gravity of the allegations.

I followed the hearings carefully. As a person who believes in presumption of innocence, I was willing to give Kavanaugh the benefit of the doubt. However, there were just too many inconsistencies in his testimony (devil's triangle, … ). I prefer honesty over subtle lies for saving face. We all did things in high school that would make us cringe. I just wish he had been open about them. This has to raise some concerns. I still don't know what the truth is, but any reasonable senator should feel uncomfortable about casting a yes vote.

BTW, How the US supreme court has become this politicized I will never know. I thought courts were there for interpreting laws, not legislating.

Every bit of evidence that has been presented debunked her allegation. even her own witnesses. What is there to investigate that hasn't already been explored? Just because she passed a TWO QUESTION polygraph (ridiculous in it's own right) about an account/statement that never once mentioned Kavanaugh by name, it doesn't mean her allegation is true. Polygraphs are notoriously unreliable.
