Dutch cannabis cafes go members only
http://www.euronews.net/ Dutch authorities are making the country’s famous cannabis cafe’s a members-only club in a bid to crack down on drugs tourism. Only customers with special identity cards proving membership of a coffee shop will be served. To become a member you have to live in the Netherlands.

wont be a problem lot of the county's officialy stated that they wont enforce the controlling of this new law knowing that it will indeed push drugs underground and wont solve anything

Man…. what a backwards move. They KNOW this will drive drugs to the black market and underground – thus necessitating a police crackdown, and more global 'security' theatre. They do this on purpose. 🙁
