Some club should bid £80 or so for Pedri or Fati in order to test Barcelona's resolve. 🤔

it'd be so funny if messi really goes to spurs and fight against harry kane for the belonging of number 10. If harry doesn't get the 10, he will fight against lucas for number 9.

This “Oil Team” (PSG) is destroying the passion of the football worldwide. In Europe we can’t leave the history of our club traditions based on pure and honest rivalry to incompetent and arrongant owner such it is this Middle East foundation. To the PSG fans. Don’t be proud about this “fake dream team”. No one of your players are or will be in love with the PSG shirt. They are there only for money. No one will cry when one of them will leave this team. You are now the most hated team in the world. To Messi, get the money from this incompetent and arrogant PSG management and then go back to Barcelona where you wrote the real story.

We pay in these days the last awful decade of Joseph Blatter management and Messi is a victim.

I am not really following football but I have a question. did Messi inadvertently affected him not being able to stay with Barcelona since he demanded too many players last year and so their team's salary cap is more than full?

I have huge respect to Messi, but let's be honest, no club in the world is willing to pay over a million pound per week for a player who is 34.
not man city, not PSG, nor even Real Madrid.
Even Alexis Sanchez contract with Man United was only half a million per week, and he is the most extreme case of overpaid player.
Unless Messi is willing to drop his salary to about 300k per week, otherwise I don't see clubs be willing to sign him, but taking a pay cut this big might not work out for Messi, the man has a private jet and many other luxury things to keep up.
whichever club he choose, I hope the best goes for Messi.

Official Mercato this summer is very self explanatory:
PSG: Donnaruma, Ramos, Wijhnaldum, Hakimi & Messi for 60 Millions Euros !
Man City: Grealish for 120 millions Euros !!!!
Chelsea: Lukaku for 115 Millions Euros !!!!

Great people always bow out of the stage when the ovation is high and not forced out. Messi ought to have left long ago but he chose to enjoy Xavi, Iniesta and take the glory of Ronaldinho who built the present Barca. Now it is clear after they left and UCL could not come to Barca, even La Liga is not forthcoming – Messi was never responsible for Barca's greatness. Now they can afford to let him go. It's a pity!

Everything the last guy said is untrue. All the numbers he said are false. It's not just about money because Messi and Barça reached an agreement with Messi getting paid 25 million for 2 seasons, but he would've gotten that money in 5 years time. This means he agreed to take only 10 million per season. There are many players in the world who earns more than that. 8 Barça players are still earning more than that. Moreover, he wanted to lower his salary even more but LaPorte directly conveyed that no matter what Messi won't be playing at Barça.
