When the war ends (I'm hoping it will end one day), Ukrainians, Russians and Belorussians will start going back. Imagine how many apartments sitting empty (or almost empty) right now in these countries.

When they go back, prices should go down or at least stay flat for about 2 to 3 years.

Armenia is a country with ancient history and rich culture. In fact, it is one of the oldest countries in the world. Scientific research, numerous archaeological findings and old manuscripts prove that the Armenian Highlands are the very Cradle of Civilization.

Some of the world’s oldest things were found in Armenia. The world’s oldest leather shoe (5,500 years old), sky observatory (7,500 years old), depictions of agriculture (7,500 years old) and wine-making facility (6,100 years old) all were found in the territory of Armenia.

Rbnb's inhumane market are destroying the rental apartments market in many countries, living thousands of people in those countries including USA not homeless but rentless and not places to go. In USA is not allowed to own a business in a residential area, but they overpasses many states laws allowing a motel like business to be operating in residential neighborhoods. Is called corruption. Crooked Politicians receiving big amounts of money from the mostly Ukrainian owned Rbnb's business. All is being kept secret because there is big money involved.

Not a good idea to have a large Russian expat population. Putin will use it as an excuse for invading.

The illegal Russian invasion has caused famine & displacement of millions of Ukrainians, worldwide food shortages & price hikes. They are now burning the wheat fields that supply 1/2 the world and already blocked the ports so what's there it can't get out. They took the farmers equipment so they can't harvest the grain. They shut off Gas to the EU. Yet claim they went to Ukraine to "liberate" a small area they claim were natzis but most of the people there were Russian!

Now these people have to suffer 40% increase in rents because of Russian citizens fleeing. That's nothing compared to the millions who could potentially die! Nothing good has or will come of this war putin has started. Putin is making the whole world suffer for his sick dream of reviving the Russian empire. For putin if it takes killing or starving half the world to death it's ok with him.

He won't be there forever but his murderous legacy will. He has turned Russia into a Pariah country. He literally cut of the Russian people from all news shutting down media, internet and free speech of any kind. You will be jailed or beaten by the brainwashed masses if you openly object to his WAR. At least some of the Russians know better.

Who knows when it's over he may take the head spot as #1 killer above guys like Pol Pot,Chairman Mao,Hitler & King Leopold II who murdered million in the Congo just to name a few throughout history. As people stand by and watch. RIP humanity.

To answer Ana’s question U-talk asked Belgian feminist and member of the ‘Dare to be feminist’ collective Laure Juteau to comment:

“Sexism is all about putting people in boxes as soon as we meet them, labelled either ‘man’ or ‘woman’. As soon as they deviate from that, even a little, they are quickly reminded to get back into line and play their role.
